This model was developed by our company in 2024 in response to the requirements of a Brazilian client. One machine can produce 5 types of door and window hardware components. These include 2 types of oxidized lock cores, 2 types of hinges with screws, and the lower seat of the bolt.
Processing procedures: servo feeding - main shaft drilling - servo tapping - cutting.
High generalization rate: In principle, it can process any type of door and window hardware component that requires drilling, tapping, and cutting. Changing the hole diameter only requires replacing the corresponding milling cutter.
All controls can be input and adjusted on the touch screen. This is a great boon for manufacturers of various types of hardware with a small quantity. One machine can produce more hardware components.
It innovatively uses servo control for the moving position of the drilling and tapping to adapt to the processing requirements of different workpieces.
At the same time, the servo motor is used to control the depth of drilling, the forward and backward speed of drilling, and the tapping is also controlled by servo.
Based on the drawings and the workpieces, the automatic machine is customized with an internal track to achieve automatic processing of different hardware components.
Outstanding no-waste technology, no aluminum profiles will be wasted. Production cycle: 5-15 per minute.
