Instead, it adopts a servo motor-driven drilling method, allowing the number of holes, drilling positions, and the depth of the countersunk holes to be edited on the touch screen of the automatic control system.This enables the universal processing of various different arrangements and multiple hole positions for hinges.
• High generalization rate: The JH-04C can theoretically process any type of flat hinge: 2-hole to 10-hole, 30-35 hinges, 40-45 hinges, 50-55 hinges, etc.... Changing the hole diameter only requires replacing the corresponding milling cutter to achieve.The depth of the blind holes can be adjusted and input on the touch screen.  Multiple varieties of flat hinges can be automatically processed with just one machine.This is a great boon for manufacturers of multiple varieties with small quantities of hinges.
