This machine model is developed, customized and manufactured in accordance with the concept of Turkish customers. It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for processingvarious integral aluminum parts, such as punching round holes, special-shaped holes, milling long holes and drilling holes.

All processing procedures of the machine can be pre-programmed, and can be executed directly by calling the program when in use. The feeding mechanism adopts a front-pulling and rear-dragging design, which realizes linkage under the drive of the servo system. It can accurately adapt to the processing position of aluminum profiles and fundamentally avoid the generation of leftover materials. This design concept is also applicable to the processing scenarios of various industrial aluminum profiles that require integral hole punching.

The processing flow of the machine is as follows: 1. Automatic feeding; 2. Cutting and trimming; 3. Hydraulic punching; 4. 3-axis CNC milling or drilling; 5. 3-axis CNC milling or drilling; 6. Automatic pulling.
