This model was developed by our company in accordance with the requirements of the State Grid: to design and customize a machine that can automatically process 4 types of power clamping plates.
The processing of power clamping plates requires absolute flatness, and the transmission current must not have any bending. We have abandoned the traditional stamping method and adopted the drilling and milling method, avoiding the unevenness of the aluminum profile surface.
The hole diameters are generally between 17-25mm. One connection plate has 1-6 holes, arranged evenly. Processing procedures: servo feeding - main shaft drilling - cutting.
According to the actual processing needs, our company uses a dual drilling - cutting mechanism, which can drill and mill different hole diameters without changing the milling cutter, resulting in a higher generalization rate.
Using the servo control to move the drilling position back and forth to adapt to the processing requirements of different workpieces, and using the servo motor to control the drilling depth, forward and backward speed of the drilling.
Based on the drawings and workpieces, we customize the automatic machine workpiece travel track to achieve automatic processing of different types of aluminum clamping plates.
Outstanding tailpiece-free technology, without wasting the aluminum profile. Production cycle: 5-15 per minute.
