The FT-06T has abandoned the original mold punching processing method and adopted a high-speed spindle motor for drilling and chamfering (coning) at the same time. During the design process, two materials were processed simultaneously.
The technical team combined the original two processing techniques of punching and coning into one. They used the high-speed spindle motor to drive the custom-shaped stepped milling cutter, completing the processing of the hinge holes in one go. The processing sequence was automatic feeding - drilling and coning simultaneously - cutting.
The servo-driven spindle motor drives the high-speed milling cutter to drill and cone simultaneously. The rotational speed of the milling cutter can be adjusted arbitrarily. The finished product is smooth without burrs, and the glossiness, precision, and coning depth can be precisely controlled.
High generalization rate: No longer limited to a certain type of stamping mold processing only one hinge. The FT-06T can process any type of double-wing hinge in principle. Changing the hole diameter only requires replacing the corresponding milling cutter to achieve the change. The coning depth can be adjusted and input on the touch screen. For multiple varieties of double-wing hinges, automatic processing only requires one machine to complete.
This is a great blessing for manufacturers of hinges with multiple varieties and small quantities of processing. It lays a technical foundation for the automatic hinge machines to enter the door and window factories, making it possible for door and window factories to produce double-wing hinges themselves.
