• This machine is specially designed by our company for the adhesive injection grooves of the frame and sash sealing clips. It innovatively adopts two main spindle motors to drive the milling cutter, which simultaneously processes the upper and lower parts to create the adhesive injection grooves.
• One setup can process multiple angle brackets. The pneumatic clamping mechanism is used. The material feeding is carried out through an air-hydraulic conversion system. The mechanical part adopts a combined design of linear guides and the spindle motor, making the sawing movement more stable.
• The width of the milling groove can be customized according to the customer's requirements, with corresponding thickness of saw blades or milling tools available. The slotting thickness can be customized within the range of 2.0mm to 10mm. The position and depth of the milling groove can be adjusted. 
•  The processing range of the workbench can reach 580mm.
•  The extremely large workbench with a length of 400mm can accommodate more aluminum angle brackets.After the processing is completed, the finished product can be either automatically removed by the machine or taken off manually.
