• This model is specially designed for use in system doors and windows: it features an automatic processing system for the integral expansion angle brackets.
•   Integrated Expansion Angle Code: Originating from Europe, our company developed the first unit for a Palestinian client in 2018. Subsequently, multiple units were sold to Europe.   We improved the automatic machine for the expansion angle code for better adaptation to the domestic market and applied for patent protection.
•  This machine adopts the following components: servo-driven spindle motor for drilling - servo-driven movement of the drill head up and down - optional (servo tapping) - servo-controlled slot depth - cutting. These components are used to achieve a universal model for various types of expansion angle codes and various height angle codes.
•  This model adheres to our traditional design philosophy: people-oriented. It features high efficiency and saves labor costs.  The excellent tail-less technology ensures no waste of aluminum profiles. This machine has self-checking function. When there is a shortage of materials or a malfunction, the alarm light and the red buzzer will light up, and the faults can be diagnosed according to the prompts on the touch screen. 
•  Production cycle: 10 - 20 units per minute.  It is the main model used for mass production of integrated expansion angle brackets. 
•  It can be used for two purposes. Even when the slotting function is turned off, it can still produce simple integrated angle brackets.
