• This model is specifically designed for extremely narrow-angle codes and frame fans, with the aim of achieving automated production using simple corner codes and adhesive corner codes.
•  The extremely narrow angle code usually has 2 to 10 screws on one side.
•  The arrangement of screws on one side of the extremely narrow angle code is irregular.  This machine can process up to 20 screw holes on one side.
•  The up-and-down movement of drilling and tapping is driven by a servo motor to precisely control the position. The left-and-right movement of drilling and tapping is also controlled by a servo system.
•  This machine can store 200 sets of angle code data. It is programmable. The drilling position and tapping position can all be memorized. Once turned on, they can be called up for production, which is convenient and fast.The excellent tail-less technology does not waste aluminum profiles. 
•  Production cycle: 5 - 15 units per minute.  Extremely narrow-angle code (determined by the number of view angle code holes);Simple single-hole angle code 10 - 20 units per minute.
