This machine is developed for the automated production of various sliding door and window lock bar transmission rods, and it also completes the two processes of punching and cutting.
The shape of the punching can be designed according to the customer's requirements. This machine can be equipped with 1-5 sets of molds based on the customer's needs. Through different mold combinations, it can complete the processing of European standard lock bars, non-standard (national standard) lock bars, lock bars with silent blocks, single-sided lock bars (for home decoration), and the output part is designed with an automatic touch potentiometer switch. When the lock bar transmission rod touches the sensor, it will automatically cut off the lock bar transmission rod. The processing length of the lock bar can be adjusted from 400mm to 1800mm.
