This machine is designed for the automated feeding, punching, and shearing of aluminum profiles. It is primarily used for automatic punching and cutting of corner brackets, curtain wall connectors, and other aluminum components suitable for such processes. The punching and shearing operations are completed in a single cycle.

Hydraulic power drives the punching and shearing actions. The system is equipped with three sets of hydraulic cylinders arranged in different directions, enabling multi-directional processing of the product in one setup. Custom punching and shearing molds can be manufactured based on specific workpieces, and mold replacement is straightforward.

The machine allows for continuous punching and shearing after a single loading. For certain products, parameters such as length, hole spacing, and the number of holes can be freely set. Multiple processing specifications can be saved within the system.

The feeding table utilizes linear guides for guidance and a servo motor-driven ball screw for transmission, all controlled by a programmed system. Operation and display are managed via a touchscreen interface.
