This machine is developed for the automated production of various flat door and window lock strips and transmission rods, simultaneously performing both punching and cutting operations.

The punching shapes can be customized according to client requirements.

The machine can be equipped with 1 to 5 sets of built-in molds based on customer needs. Through different mold combinations, it can process European standard lock strips, non-standard (national standard) lock strips, European standard lock strips with silent blocks, and single-sided lock strips (for residential use).

The discharge section is designed with an automatic touch-sensitive switch. When the lock strip transmission rod contacts the sensor, the strip is automatically cut. The processing length of the lock strips can be adjusted from 400mm to 1800mm.
