This machine is a customized automated production equipment developed by our company for a Russian client, specifically designed for manufacturing aluminum wire clamping blocks used in power transmission.
The processing of these power clamping blocks requires drilling, tapping, and internal milling to create precisely shaped grooves with specified profiles.
A single unit functions as a complete automated production line. Operators only need to feed the aluminum profiles and collect the finished products, while the machine automatically handles all remaining complex operations.
Processing sequence: Servo feeding - Spindle drilling - Servo tapping - Cutting - Groove milling.
Both the tapping system and milling system utilize servo motors for precise control over depth and longitudinal movement. Based on actual trial production results, we have iteratively optimized the control program to achieve the best possible machining quality. This non-standard customized equipment integrates mechanical design and automation programming in equal measure.
The advanced no-waste material technology ensures zero loss of aluminum profiles.
