⭕ This model is designed for the automated production and processing of aluminum KFC door handles. Custom punching molds are provided based on the different types of KFC door handles required by customers. With the capability to punch three holes simultaneously from both top and bottom, it ensures high production efficiency and precision.
⭕ Depending on the specific workpiece, the optimal automated production solution is provided. Some KFC door handles are suitable for punching and cutting using hydraulic punching, with custom punching molds tailored to the workpiece. For those not suitable for punching, spindle drilling and cutting are employed.
A hybrid approach—drilling, hydraulic punching, and cutting—can also be applied, depending on the specific processing requirements of the door handles.
