In response to market demand, our company has successfully developed a semi-automatic center column angle bracket top double-sided chamfering and tapping machine. This machine simultaneously completes double-sided chamfering and tapping on the top of the center column angle bracket, achieving an integrated process.

The machine utilizes a synchronized operation design, with all processing operations running in parallel. The operator only needs to nest the material once, and the center column angle bracket automatically advances, significantly reducing labor intensity. The nesting and processing areas are separated, effectively ensuring safe operation.

The machine also features an integrated self-diagnostic function that automatically shuts down if an error occurs. Troubleshooting is guided by text prompts on the touchscreen, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime.

Under standard operating conditions, the machine produces approximately 10–25 brackets/minute (suitable for non-standard center column angle brackets). Actual production capacity can be flexibly adjusted based on the operator's nesting speed.
